RJSCustoms specializes in custom-printed figures, accessories, and related collectible products.

We strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and the custom production process.

3. Custom Products

Many of our products are custom-made after an order is placed.

Because these items are produced specifically for each order, custom or personalized products are generally not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all customization details provided during checkout are accurate.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to change pricing, product availability, promotions, or product descriptions at any time without prior notice.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full before an order is processed.

We accept payment methods offered through Shopify's secure checkout.

6. Shipping

Processing times and shipping estimates are displayed at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

RJSCustoms is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Eligible domestic U.S. orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photographs of the product and packaging

10. Customer Content

If you upload images, artwork, or other content for customization, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.
Your uploaded content does not infringe upon the intellectual property or rights of any third party.
You grant RJSCustoms permission to use the uploaded content solely for the purpose of producing your order.

Customers are solely responsible for the content they submit.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RJSCustoms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, abuse, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

If payment has already been processed, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
