At RJSCustoms, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for customers located within the United States.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within several business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized products.
Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear.
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
